3:13 I was at a new park the other day eyeing the down rail almost the whole time. Wanted to board slide it but was scared to even try. Few minutes before I left someone showed up looking kinda sketch and tried it after one loop around the park. Asked him to try it again just so I could watch, took a couple tries but I got it thanks to that random dude.

Progressive overload is an interesting concept like kickfliping over something small and slowly building it up. I'm thinking of my tricks and how I can progressively overload the tricks I do all the time.

Really liked some of the ideas in this, especially the bit about progressive overload. I skate alone 90% of the time but I’ve been making the effort to have a session once a fortnight with others
