Welcome to training fellow Pac-Rimian! My name is Lee Weiland, Co-Founder & CEO of Pacific Rim Athletics, LLC and Creator of "Powerbatics."
Our mission is to help people of all ages, levels, and backgrounds achieve Total Body Mastery through Powerbatics Training.
And me and my Team of Doctorate Physical Therapists and Elite Athletes/Coaches have helped 1000's of people do just that.
And you can hear from countless students (ages 3 to 83 featured in all of our videos) who've trained from scratch and through past injuries to become highly advanced...
Gaining Press Handstands, 1 Arm Pullups, and Human Flags just to name a few...not to mention incredible Powerbatics' skills...
While radically transforming their bodies and minds for the better.
We believe 1:1 Coaching (face-to-face and online) when combined with Positive Community guarantees the very best of safe, effective outcomes.
To that end, we ONLY offer FREE content...in order to inspire you to become a stronger version of yourself (and not to be confused with real, transformative coaching).

Hi Lee. I have to apologise, I've insulted you in the past for reasons I don't really know. However, I regularly come across your videos and learn something new. I'm always grateful to learn new things, especially about training. So thank you for your content and I apologise for my previous insults.

At an early point in your video, you coined a phrase, "relearning your youth". Bingo! That's exactly what it's all about! I see this as the theme for Pacific Rim Athletics. Truly a brilliant video.

I have heard people throughout my life say they're getting too old whether they're younger or older than me from teenagers onwards. I NEVER say that because I know mindset is very important. I think to myself "I don't know what you're talking about - I'm still young". I've seen people close to my age who have difficulty moving. I'm 56 and feel like 20 and I'm working towards getting much fitter and healthier. I would like to join your program but I need to increase my income.

There can be little doubt that Lee Weiland is the most articulate, valuable and insightful philosopher of our times. Yes, there are some great thinkers from whom we can broaden our worldview, like Jordan Peterson and Andrew Huberman at Stanford. However, Lee Weiland's example and life experience is on another level. Every one of his videos that pops up on Sunday, I watch two times in a row, and then a third time later on. I'll turn 74 on June 12th, 2024, and am living proof of Lee's contentions. We're here in this lifetime to make our own decisions and our own mistakes, not to blindly take orders from the social engineers.

You are a legend. It seems you've introduced a whole new way of body control and sport by combining free running, brake dance, gymnasics and acrobatics in the discipline powerbatics. 1 Cor. 6:20 ..."therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit,".. May all that we do with our bodies be to the glory of the man Jesus and the Father (God). We should not be self absorbed or obsessed with worldly stuff though

62 years old 175 and no jive. Adults are ugly and constipated; over inflating maturity, sophistication, and acting your age. I am child trapped in this body of this current times, saturated with curiosity and imagination. Now, healthy people who appear to be normal or physically fit are under assault by the Woke movement, for you must be far right because you look as mother nature had intended you to appear, a man or woman! Your introduction is precisely on point. Culture is not our friend. Live long, love, and prosper !!! Thank you for the motivation and examples on how to suspend time temporarily too mentally and physically enjoy it!!!! Cheers Mate!!

Great teaching (especially the Bible references) and I totally agree that you are what you think and surround yourself with I'm almost 50 years old and some people who are my age and older think I'm a little off because I love to spend time with children (in fact one of my best friends is a 5 year old kid) but I am able to maintain my energy and strength just by running around and playing with them and also adult stress just seems to disappear when you're having fun and not caring about the judgements of others

Our bodies are vehicles in which to bring light and love into this dimension. Age is a state of mind... Whiskey is better with age! There are different flowers for every season... They bloom early mid late... I'll be glad when we get past this... We instinctively Revere aged wisdom...

When it comes to feelings being an illusion and goosebumps that feel comforting, uplifting and powerful, its it something anyone does regularly with working out? For example if i think of the spirit of Jesus, the light or certain music inside radiating thru my body helping me thur the obstacles and empowering me I get goosebumps like some sort of adrenaline cocktail its amazing. Better than the party drugs I tried in my younger days.

Look at LeBron James still playing at a very high level at nearly 40 years old. I predict you are going to see this become the new normal with athletes playing well into their 40's and beyond in the near future.

And unless you have a way to supernaturally or physically protect yourself from them - limit your exposure to man-made EMFs such as those from cellphones, cellphone towers, wifi routers, smart meters & other devices, and modern car electronics. There is only one thing I can share that will transmute the frequencies from cellphones. If you don't believe EMFs are a real issue, then you're right on track with Big Science.
@mikuspalmis
@mikuspalmis 2 ай бұрын
The phone protection device is the Q-Disc from Premier Research Labs. I know that it works because I am sensitive to EMFs and I can feel the difference and it allows me to hold a cellphone for as long as I want now, whereas prior, within 10-30 seconds I'd feel unwell. The larger products from AiresTech help _somewhat_ with EMFs from wifi routers when placed on the router but only to where the effect is lessened and not completely transmuted, allowing me to be exposed longer but not completely unaffected. I find the same with their phone products. Perhaps getting the proper tech attached closer or directly to the signal emitter inside the router may make more of a difference.

Yes we do age but who cares? You have examples like Oksana Chusovitina doing elite gymnastic skills at 48.. Yordan Yovchev competed at olympics aged 39 and now being 50+ still does iron cross and planches on rings. Some people do giants on high bar well in their 60s and even 70s. No one is saying you will be the same as 25y old version of yourself.

No criticism here, but you are exactly the person Lee is hoping to reach. I am a biologist and could point out far too many exceptions to your rule then I could write in this comment section. Kelly Slater comes to mind immediately--the pro surfer. Personally, I doubt you'd listen to this channel if you fully believed what you wrote.
