Does it remind you of the Moondrop SSR? I have always wanted a more technical IEM with that tunning. Actually I have always wanted a nice IEM that was very bright but low on bass.

SSR.. haha.. the perfect office earphone for meeting. Can't say this is similar. SSR is sharp and sibilant, more than this. I think the brightness on the SF2 should satisfy u.

Great staging and imaging under 40? Oh wow.. tough question. Cuz none really stand out too much until few hundred bucks iem. Most budget set are average in this aspect. Staging.... Hmmmm.. maybe ZVX? That open back traits might give it a slight advantage over others.

I was tempted to buy this when it first came out then I saw the graph. Yeah, this tuning is not for me. Still, the new waifu in the box is tempting every time I see it. Did you say it's suitable for JPOP, JROCK, and ANIME SONGS female vocals? How about in busy songs? Cause most of the time, JPOP, JROCK, and ANIME SONGS have a lot of things happening in the instrument parts.

Busy songs.. then depends on what are you driving it off. Warm and powerful source might be able make it sound alright. Like my Xduoo XD05 Bal2 with shit lot of power for iem, make it sound waaayyy better than dongle. Not as sibilancey. But average source might a bit difficult, maybe an ending anime songs suits better on these. Haha
