But the school mailed him to submit the timesheet he missed before a particular day(grace period) before they send the timesheets to the visa team. Is there any need for him to panic ? Like will the HO check his work place to see if he worked over 20hrs ?

Thanks for sharing. So, if after the post study visa is gotten. What jobs should one apply for in order to still be in the country after the 2/3yrs work visa. So, if the school retains one for a full time job after school and there is no sponsorship, what can one do??

Nice video ma.. Thank you for the useful content always. I have a question. I am aware that PSW doesn't count towards the ILR. Now i need some clarifications. Firstly, we know that you get your ILR after your five years of stay in the UK. Now, if I complete my two years program, then apply and get PSW for the next two years, then I or my wife will later do another study for two years. Now my question is this: Will that our four years of study still count towards ILR or not since the PSW came between? And secondly, with regards to the public fund and one of your videos about giving birth in the UK. As a dependant who the husband is schooling, if the lady who is the dependant happens to give birth as a dependant while the husband is still schooling, do you have an idea if the money they will be paying to the nursing mother be regarded as public funds?

Your four years of study will count towards ILR if you continue on the study route, regardless of the the PSW that came in between. No, money paid to your wife (Statutory maternity pay) is not regarded as public funds. There are some maternity allowances you should not access if you are on a tier 4 visa but statutory maternity allowance is not public funds. You will need to reach some criteria before you can be paid this allowance
