Omg why am I just now seeing this, I watched a Adam Sandler movie, Sandy Wexler it's based off talent managers in a way. You describe what his role was in the movie. I wish you was my talent manager, I've done research on the entertainment industry but I still need help

Hi!! My kids are signed with osbrink agency & Mavrick artist agency and I was wondering how I should go about getting a manager. My youngest did a Walmart national commercial and the other two have gotten some callbacks & are in classes. How can I find a good manager that would be up our alley for the type of agency we are in? I would like to make sure they are a good one but haven’t gotten a referral so it’s hard to get into one of the higher end managements... which I would prefer. Thanks !
