I had a business card job back about 17 years ago where I ignored setting up gutters and cut and all the edges flaked off. Customer rejected it. Since then I’ve always used gutters if I can. Lesson learned.

I always leave gutters no matter what. There are times where my bindery department would ask for common cuts though.

cool stuff, when i use to work in the huge commercial 50: sheet fed shops i used to watch the cutters work they had at least 10 big cutters running, satisfying lol
