Cars are great to look at, fun to work on... but what're they best for? DRIVING.
Dave's been asked a lot about driving videos with the machines he builds, but it's not always a possibility.
Luckily this week Wombat's been in for a few tweaks including a new tune from John Sleath Race Cars - so of course, it's needed some road testing! The manual 6.2 litre Chevy LSA
For comparison we also took out the Dirty 130 Defender with its BMW M57 330D engine swap and a MASSIVE TURBO. Which would you rather go for?
We also catch Tom building some transfer box crossmembers for Mahker LS3 & LT1 conversions, and Nicky shows us what he's fabricating for an automatic LT1 build 🛠

Does the 130 have your own rad and cooler fitted? I did have a quick look at the dyno day in Shropshire earlier in the year but can't remember. Are you also using the bmw 6 speed manual in it Dave?

Your videos have a lot of chaos and video taking in information of different cars projects, which make people frustrated. It is better when you shoot each project separately from the early beginning to the end. Then the person will see the transformation and the whole wonderful process of every new car. That's how you will attract subscribers.

Hi, thanks for your useful pointers. Unfortunately, our builds can take quite a long time so we fill the gaps in between by producing a weekly episode showing what we have been up to this week. However, we have just had discussions and we will be linking all of the footage together to make individual build videos. The first is coming next week.
