Hi Mads, my grandparents are from Seggiano , a small town close to Val D'Orcia. I felt so proud watching your beautiful videos and pictures of a place I feel so deeply attached to, a place where my hearth belongs. Thank you for your amazing work and hope you enjoyed Tuscany and Italy!

Hi Mads, such beautiful photographs in only 50 mins. The rolling fields looked like folds of golden velvet. Soft light and soft textures. Really like them Mads.

You should plan a trip to the Palouse where Nick Page lives. Early June is the best time for the rolling fields of wheat and canola, lone trees, old barns, etc. Amazing place.

Love shooting long lens landscapes. Rented a 200-500 for my trip out west last fall to shoot the Aspen trees in Colorado. Loved it! I shot a lot more with it than I thought I would.

What another wonderful collection of images from Tuscany, the golden light was exceptional Mads. In terms of the two images, this was a tough choice but I think the one of the left attracted my eye more. Whilst the tree was less dominant compared to the image on the right the image on the left had more layers infused with the beautiful light to take the eye through the image. Also loved the image at 13:16 as the framing of the bushes/trees from bottom left to top right is a great example of why someone would benefit in buying your ebooks as they have the chance to learn from such an accomplished photographer all about composition

Thanks a lot, Jim! Yes, there's definitely more context in the left version, but the tree stands out just as much :)

Thank you so much for the remind me that I have a zoom lens! Yesterday morning I went to shoot sunrise at the local beach in the morning. I try many compositions before sunrise with my 16-35mm lens and I didn't like the compositions. If I have seen this video earlier I might have some good images. I will go to that local beach again soon with the zoom lens.

I rented the Sony 100-400 mm a few weeks ago and fell in love with it. I took it out for wildlife photos but ended up using it more to capture the spectacular landscape. I didnt realize what an amazing and versatile lens it is.

I love shooting with my Fuji xf70-300. And if I really need to reach out a little farther I have a 1.4x teleconverter as well. This setup works extremely well other than being a little soft at full reach. Thanks for another great video. Tuscany looks amazing.

Love all the shadows and lines in those fields and i much prefer the zoomed out version of that lone tree. What a great time you had. Although being a farmer I wouldn’t want to work those fields, way too hilly for me, but fantastic for photography. 👍

Hi Mads Totally agree, a 100-400mm lens is good equipment for landscape photography, otherwise it will depend on the location, point of interest and photographic eye we have behind the camera. Incredible photos as we are used to both in your videos and Instagram and the experience you transmit.

I'll be there with my wife at middle of Oct, I hope we'll get good light ... silly question; I have no 100-400 but 24-70 & 70-200 v2 + 1.4 TC... Really in this case I should think about 100-400 mm? After that I'll hit Dolomites..

Hi Mads, as usual, great content! I'm just wandering if shooting directly into the sun could be dangerous for the sensor, expecially when the camera is pointed on the sun for a long time when using a tripod...

Nice light. Great shots. I'm trying to decide whether to take my 100-400mm on my next trip or if I can just take the 70-200mm GM II. The 70-200mm is sooo much lighter.

As I've just written to you on Instagram, Tuscany is my home region and more often than not I can spare the time to get back there. Tuscany, in general , and the province of Siena (Val D'Orcia, Crete Senesi, San Giminiano and all the other medieval hamlets) in particular are filled with incredible gems. Some of them are pretty famous and renowned while others are definitely less Known but equally amazing. I'm familiar with all the locations you've shown in this series of vlogs and if you feel like it I'd like to help you out the next time around by letting you know a great deal of less crowded spots. So that you can propose something new and particular in your workshops.

The 70-200 f4 it‘s a fine lens , on APSC equivalent 105-300. It‘s my favorite lens for landscape. You must be careful for flaring by this lens .
