I gave a try to this game back then in 2015, when I was a teenager, nowadays I still loving this game, it´s a MASTER PIECE, I don´t regret the hours that it took me to complete the story. Such a lovely game and atmosphere. Thanks for this video, I enjoyed this so much

Yearly visit to metro series almost complete!!! Finished last light now onto exodus!!! One thing I do miss in exodus is the currency system. But the weapon bench and bag is a great addition!!

I’ve won this game more than a year ago from a random key from G2A on my Xbox. Looked a bit into the marketplace pictures but didn’t raise any interest at all. Recently a friend o mine told me about it and showed me some of the gameplay on KZbin, I’ve started playing a few days ago and this was indeed a hidden gem. The francise rocks, story is good and captivating while the thrills this game can give you are just wow.

this game made me curse so many times in ranger hardcore , without learning how to use knifes and pipe bombs, note that there is no indicators. tips: learn it in normal mode first to master the basic controls, in ranger hardcore mode, few ammo, expensive, hard/thick skin monster, brute damage, less stealth. but, after finished it then played normal mode its like a walkthrough park edit i forgot, you can only use 2 weapon slot in ranger hardcore

If you play the game, play the ranger difficulty when you can, once you learn the controls, the ranger mode is the most immersive,(it gets rid of the hud and interaction signs) having to look the weapon to know how many bullets you got left instead of a hud is incredibly immersive(because yeah, you can see how many bullets you have left from the outside of most guns)

Ranger difficulty is something I’ve never done, and it’s my mark of shame as a Metro fan😂. I’ll have to fix that soon!!!

@@solidvick don't worry, since you already played it you will get used to ranger mode no time, and will be way less soft locked and going back chapters having an idea of what weapons to bring, so if you try it i have some tips to make it smoother 1) always restock every ammo in shops, one key difference is that bullets are way scarce, and most enemies and corpses only dropping 1-3 bullets, except the bolts 2) sell weapons if possible,you only have space for two weapons and will very likely find weapons in the scenario, so pick a weapon you think you will definitively need, like a shotgun for mutants and long range for human encounters, and after you save the kid you can basically count the military cartriges as ammo, as in you will encounter only one shop and then to the library, so after that any machinegun is a good choice 3) if you aren't confident on your exploring restock filters, but consider they get more expensive the more you have

the mutants in Metro are explained by many nukes dropping everywhere and many bio weapons but also some are created with bioengineering so it actually makes sense that creates will change drastically

i think Exodus is the Best but damn it's very short btw Exodus was supposed to be 10 times bigger but cause of the Publisher Deep Silver and the Failed Homefront Revolution they wanted to scrap Exodus of course they didn't but that's the main reason why the game scope was held back time and time again

I had a bug on the original Last Light for ps3 where the game stuck on a loading screen everytime I got to that point. I never finished it until the redux version years later. I feel your pain😂

I played it when it came out it was alright except the map in the desert level making you clip through the van if you checked it while sitting in it and I got locked out the good ending cuz I couldn't save the captured people in the boat cuz of one of the enemies being bugged

Hello, really good video, I have a few questions, first of all why are you only able to buy the Metro parts as a redux? I only have Metro 2033 and am playing through it for the first time. Is there a difference between redux and the old ones? I played through last ligt and it was really good. Such a good game, unfortunately I still don't know whether it was the Rudux or the older one. This game WAS great until I got stuck on that one part in the tunnels when you’re on a turret. The controls for it are dumb and I guess the enemies have explosive rounds or something because everytime they shoot the vehicle I’m in it just blows up instantly.

I have one issue about this game. The game's guidance is too poor. It's hard to find where we should go and how even if we listen to the dialogues carefully. For an example; Half Life 2 always gives us directions and tells what we need to do using world details (solely). The path is clear even when I'm not listening to the dialogues at all. Both games are linear games and Metro developers expect us to play strictly as they were expecting us to play the game, and most of the time, it's hard to find how it needed to be played.

Aw man that sounds like a rough bug. I would try to delete and reinstall the game, and if it’s not make sure the save is going to the internal memory on your machine and not an external hard drive. Good luck!!!
