Hi Jae! Both my feet supinate like this because i have high arches and i've been dealing with Posteriour Shin Splints for a year and a half now, no stress fractures yet thankfully. I noticed that i don't use my big toe to push off at all and since then ive been doing so but i notice that i exaggerate it and my knees are in a weird angle is that normal because im trying out a new form?

What about runners with scoliosis? My ribcage is permanently shifted and my lower spine sifted to the other. It has been that way since childhood. Thanks!

That's a great question, @Bethany Salisbury. I'm putting it on my list for future videos. It's an in-depth topic and I don't have any quick answers other than to support your mobility rather than try to hold yourself in any particular position when you run.

How would you deal with functional hallux ridgus if you have an in-turned in foot? Thanks

@@balancedrunner I just realized lying up on my left side in bed while reading is a big problem I’ve quit doing that and it’s helping so far.

This is how I run and I have alternating issue with my Poterior Tibial Tendon and achilles on that side Could turning my foot in when running be causing this issue?
