Getting comfortable with conflict is so important - I agree Brendon! We will always find ourselves involved in conflict with others - its just life right? Thanks for putting out such worthwhile advice. Will you do more posts on conflict?

Hi Brendon, been watching all your videos and they gave me so much motivation and positivity in my daily life. Please make a video about sleep deprivation and how it affects our emotions. I think this is a current dilemma that most people are facing today specially after the start of the pandemic. Thank you and more power to you.

Sometimes personal responsibility involves making tough decisions with "toxic" people though. There's not much you can do to improve those relationships other than distance yourself from them.
