Thank you both so much, my balance coordination is awful since being stuck in my home due to the coronavirus... and I know lack of exercise is why my balance is off and shaky... I have to use cane sometimes to keep from falling... but I’ll get right back into it with these great exercises.... may God continue to bless you both❤️

I’ve gone to multiple PTs and none have recommended this strength-training exercise, which the obvious solution to my weakness. I think the bands will solve the problem. Thanks Bob and Brad!!!
