1. Hip abduction 2. Sit to stance 3. Ankle draw alphabet 4. Zig Zags 5. Heel up then toes up 6. Abduction with bands 7. Clam shells 8. Buttocks 9. Ankle eversion

Keep up the great videos Bob and Brad! I'm an up and coming kinesiologist, I like to watch your videos to review some things. I'm glad to see a lot of the exercises you recommend are ones I already use with my classes

Thank you both so much, my balance coordination is awful since being stuck in my home due to the coronavirus... and I know lack of exercise is why my balance is off and shaky... I have to use cane sometimes to keep from falling... but I’ll get right back into it with these great exercises.... may God continue to bless you both❤️

I’ve gone to multiple PTs and none have recommended this strength-training exercise, which the obvious solution to my weakness. I think the bands will solve the problem. Thanks Bob and Brad!!!

My wife and I are doing several exercise videos with Jordan. Can you make one for stretching and balance? Why? Easier to follow someone doing the total workout/repetitions.

Escuse me sir's, I've a very different issue here about my stability and the worse thing is that I don't feel straight on my ankle and head toes so can really send commands to my lower feets. What to do, most of your exercise I've been doing
