Solution: Practice.

Solution: Improve your self image.
Point 3: You feel awkward in conversations because you don’t look the part.
Solution: Improve your physique, fashion, and overall appearance.
Bonus: You feel awkward in conversations because you aren’t in a flow/you are out of practice
Solution: Speak to people throughout the day.
How to have a great conversation:
1. Be calm…that’s the number one most important thing. Everything else will flow if you are chill.
2. It takes two people to make a conversation work. Don’t be afraid of silence.
3. Ask interesting questions
4. Let them do most of the talking especially with girls
5. Don’t pretend to be funny if you’re not, you will embarrass yourself
6. Eye contact/body language is key
7. Be the one to end it

Bodi Do some research on Adolescent Frontal Lobe development. The human brain is not fully developed until the age of 25. What this causes is an inability to make decisions incorporating the past and future. You are living in the now with the next shiny thing as a distraction. You need a coach or trusted adult to bounce ideas off of and get feedback. You don't know what you don't know but move forward anyway. I can tell you are incorporating your reading and research into your personality but it is better to have a confident adult in your life.
