The first guy is what I call “Ignorant” minded, asking questions and not trusting that Mike and Mona knows what they are doing. I’ve BEEN there. The second guy is more trusting and have that “growth” mindset and being open to receiving. That’s where I am now. I just started bodybuilding myself a few months ago and through watching Mike and Mona on KZbin I’ve learned so much. I do plan on purchasing you guy’s nutrition plan soon to learn so much more! I so love this! Trusting the whole process and patience is vital! I incorporated your powerbodybuilding methodology back in 2014 and my strength was AMAZING! I NEVER deadlifted until then. Squats were my favorite and 315 was my warmup at 175-pound bodyweight. Progress was derailed due to a broken left foot in July 2014 while running, of all things. Kept trying to rush the recovery and compounded the injuries to that entire leg. My knee would slip during a 135-pound squat warm-up. Ended up having to check my ego and reset my squat form. In one of your leg vids, you discussed slowing down the rep for better activation and involving the glutes to flex out of the hole. ZERO KNEE PAIN AND INSTABILITY! My thighs and glutes are stronger and thicker! All in just about a month! THANKS!!

Some people need to understand that they cannot get to where they want to get to unless they follow a certain set of actions, its basic algorithmic talk. Without the process which is the diet in this case, there cannot be an end result you wish ti achieve. Trust the process ya’ll , and if it dont work, try another process, something is bound to work sooner or later , especially if you are passionate about what you are doing

I dont care about the haters. I only care about results. Mike you are honest, dedicated, knowledgeable, and motivated. I am currently in the hospital recovering from a spinal fusion due to injuries sustained in the military. I would love to sign up for your training/meal plan. I believe it was $249.99 a month for both correct? I have to wait till I am cleared to work out again, but I am the Health Promotion Coordinator of my unit and have showed your videos to them. They talked some trash, but after implementing various tips and tweaks to workouts you suggested...I made a believer out of them haha. Are you willing to create a workout plan for a spinal fusion of the lower back? If so, I will find a way to sign up once cleared and become a Titan myself. Prior to injury Push, pull, legs (6 days a week) 182 Ibs, 5'11", 15 ¼" arms, have had a six pack since Middle School and am currently 32 years old. I need an expert to cut through the bs out there. I truely believe your knowledge can push me to much higher levels as I have yet to achieve maximum potential. Sorry for the length, I just wanted to ask about the plan as well as say, thank you for your contributions to the fitness community.

You have to keep your diet and training in check. I’m not a bodybuilder by all means. But I am a retired professional mma and Muay Thai fighter. I’ve been training with strength and conditioning for years. I’ll tell you this...in order to stay lean and fit, it takes hard work and dedication. I can’t stand people who criticize people who use steroids. I must admit though, if you use ped’s as a combat sports athlete; you’re a cheater and someone I have no respect for. But for the bodybuilders out there, I support their usage of those ped’s. It does have its place for sure. But in order to take advantage of steroids, you need to put in the work as well with the diet. Because you recover quicker and have more endurance, utilizing that to train harder and keeping a strict diet...you can definitely look somewhat like Mike. Mind you, he does have great genetics to have that perfect physique. But this guy obviously puts in the work. Would be an honour and privilege to workout with Mike. Too many haters on KZbin who are criticizing and judging this guy.

Sadly, I was the first guy too!! I was ignorant, I thought I was the exception to a lot of things, I thought I could come up with a better diet and a better plan than all others because "who know my body better than me?", I thought that "a calorie is a calorie, period", IIFYM, the number of meals a day is broscience, I usually changed carbs and fats with breads and mayo to make sandwiches I liked, I was forgiving when weighing the food, I had a "refeed day" each weekend when I ate a lot to "keep my metabolism going", let me tell you all... I learned it the hard way, I was dumb as hell. Long story short, I got in "somewhat" shape (from where I started, I was a couch potato) because I was killing it with the weights, but never got in shape. Now, I know better, I hope this message gets to you, but unfortunately like touching a hot pot, you have to burn yourself to learn not to touch it. But if you are wise, you can learn from other people's mistake. Trust the process, if someone knows what he is talking about, it is Mike O'hearn.
