I had my groin raptured. Got 3 scars on my abs region. For the first weeks/months up to 1 year I just skipped all abs exercises. You can still train every muscle group except the one that effected by your injury. Just mind the intensity and volume, listen to your body
@UltimateBallaPOM3 жыл бұрын
Track your calories. Train harder than last time within your limits. Hit your muscles 2-3x/week with such an intensity that you need a day or two recover the muscle's capabilities. Be mindful of your new normal and consult with your surgeons on how the gallbladder removal affects your potential to maintain balance. Compound exercises are very good in building muscle and also losing weight. Your diet and cardio is the ultimate factor

@@mysticgamerent how many meals did you manage to fit into 8 hours? (Sorry for all these questions. Just trying to figure something that can work for me)
@dragonballsuper15193 жыл бұрын
@@TheDarkGBJ I have been training for 7 years but could never really get my abs to pop or veins to show on my arms until I did intermittent fasting. I eat two to three meals, roughly 2000 calories when I cut. When I bulk I stick to the 8 hour window too but the meals are bigger portions plus a protein-shake filled with oats and bananas. Also I eat grapes in between the meals because its good for your organs. The 16 hour fast is something you have to get used to but after a week I noticed a huge increase in daily energy and haven't depended on stimulants for more than a year. After work I used to need a one hour nap to recover despite the energy drinks and coffee I had earlier in the day but now I just march on with my day, despite no stimulants in my system, until its actually time to sleep.

@@willriccio7524 Well, less healthy than not taking them, but it depends how much you take as well. Not everyone wants to risk their lives trying to look like Mr. Olympia, most are fine with taking smaller amounts to just be bigger than your average lifter. Not everyone gets huge either, it depends how the person responds to the drugs. But just keep in mind that mostly all these buff ripped guys you see are on drugs to get there, so just don't get obsessed with trying to look that big if you want to stay natural because it's not really attainable without juicing it.
