This is exactly the same product I use and after taking it for a month and a half my hair grew like crazy. Not just in length but in thickness. It works amazing. I can say with honesty that my bangs grew from the top of the bridge of my nose to the bottom of my chin in a month and a half. My nails also grew stronger. I used it 1-2 times a day. I stopped taking it regularly and I'm sorry I did. I can definitely tell the difference in my hair so I'm starting to take it again. I've used a couple of different kinds but have had the best luck with the brand she uses. Bought it on Amazon. To use I put a scoop in the bottom of a 6 oz glass, add some water to cover and stir well to dissolve and then add orange juice. Don't use cold water as it will clump up and won't dissolve. It's important to note that grass fed and pasture raised only means they have to be grass fed 4 months out of the time. The rest of the time they can be fed grains ( which are GMO) which is not good. You want to look for a product that says "grass finished." Way better for you. 😉
