Unfortunately, this toolkit went out of print, so it's damn near impossible to find in hardcover for a reasonable price. The PDF is still worth getting, though.

My only issue is that it isn't available in print. I don't like pdfs, because I have to print them out to read them. Never really been able to sit down and read from a screen for long periods of time.
