My conclusion from this video is: if you want to move to Finland, better learn Swedish. In this way you can be integrated in both societies (countries)🙂

Hi, this might indeed be recommended in certain areas of Finland (mainly along the western coast) where Swedish is actually the predominant language :) However, while Finland is officially a bilingual country, in many areas Finnish does kind of dominate so it depends. See for example en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Swedish-speaking_population_of_Finland Anyway, learning new languages -even when there's two of them- is never a bad idea!

I learnt Finnish language for 5months and I tried many times to move Finland, but it's not easy as you think. Kindly let me know if you have official website to apply for Finnish Scholarship or work!❤ Kiitos Paljon!

Hi there, we do not know of any Finnish language learning scholarships unfortunately, but you'll find info on studying Finnish (including online options) at www.infofinland.fi/en/finnish-and-swedish As for working, see for example the links we have at www.studyinfinland.fi/life-finland/working-in-finland (Our Study in Finland service is mainly about full degree studies offered in English www.studyinfinland.fi - foreign students admitted to English-taught degree programmes in Finland can usually include Finnish or Swedish language courses to their degree studies!)

Why you should learn Finnish? Well, if you are in Finland, that's the language they speak. If you live in any country in the world, you have to learn their language. How logic is that!

Agreed - the thing is, Finnish universities do offer a lot of degree programmes taught completely in English, so one does not absolutely *need* to know Finnish to study here. However learning the local language(s) of course has many benefits - makes life easier in several ways!
