I am an uber driver shit company treat drivers like peasants and customers like kings. Everything he said is true very unsafe as a taxi driver u gotta always be ready for all those criminals out there not taking reaponsibility for actions. In reality after all expenses we make 7-£10 an hour not worth it i am working elsewhere now!

Rubbish. Best mate paid off his model 3 Tesla after 3 years. Expenses? £3.80 a night to charge at home.. Public charger costs £16-20 and will get him two full shifts of Ubering. I won't discuss figures but put it this way, his gross is over double the average UK salary. His net is very impressive two because he solely comes to London to work. If he stays over night he expenses it out like a business trip. 5 year warranty in place. Battery replacement one day? Of course! it's your living! But he works 8am-11pm and if that makes him good money good for him. His choice, his hours, his decision. Same horus as the bankers but his choice! It all depends who you are. I'f your going to be a bloody Uber driver, pull you're finger out your arse, do the hours and stop making petty excuses about expenses. Go electric, reap the opportunity and that is to work long hours and have financial benefit. If you don't want to work long hours go and work in Tesco. Because most high earners work long hours so make this your call to wake up a bit. But anyone that assumes you cannot earn a living is an idiot.

Yeah, my experience in my country as of now is you work 5 days for expenses, 2 days for yourself. I've started two weeks ago but I can tell it's not worth it, you have to do 70-80 hour weeks for a decent salary.

People make money all day long on Uber, and making 10 pounds an hour after tax and expenses is actually quite good for a non skilled job in London. Others who work 9-5 don't get to have their cars and insurance paid for, it comes out of their TAXED wage!!

I have a main job £1870 after tax A month. My aim with uber is to earn extra £3000 a month. Is it possible? I have a Volvo S90 2018 already badged. What hours a week will i need to do to hit the £3000 a month. Not renting a car bank loan a month is £280 Insurance is £306 a month Fuel looking around £150 aweek

200£ a week for the car? Here in Portugal it costs 250€ week on average, and it won't be a prius, get ready to pay for that diesel. It's definitely not a job for a girl, I live in a relatively small safe city in Portugal, and it's another world after 1am, you need to stand your ground, be aware of your back and be ready for anything

Never seen a happy uber driver but there is a prius everywhere when I look.I know someone did complaint as well they don't want more drivers to get all money for themself basic less driver more money.%60 the drivers use to be work at restaurants and cafes worked for 12 hours for £80,£90 per day.Now they not happy.Good lock to everybody if you work hard you always get money this UK.

Uber definitely fucked up all the pricing of the market they have started taking 35% minimum, they have hidden the prices from drivers, sometimes they take up to 60% from drivers. I know this due to speaking to some of my passengers.

Let’s be honest most people have a car, most people pay for their insurance so all it costs is probably an extra £1000 of your original standard insurance. I wouldn’t be £350 a week in debt that’s where people go wrong

Standard private hire insurance for a new driver is £2800 per year no cheaper and the car has to be licenced by TFL every year plus MOT every 6 months

@@Bigstory68 let’s say we take your £2800 and 2 MOTs at £40 each and then £100 vehicle licence. It comes upto £57 per week. Why would you rent a car for £350 when you could spend £57 per week to make a potential £700-£1000 per week?

While the well dressed model woman trying to advertise for this app company to make more money while everyone suffer for their mistreatment of drivers as well as customers. The majority of drivers don't have any knowledge of London to even call a major underground station, hotels or museums so they only know to use their clicking fingers where to land. They always think waze, google map to get them around London, I am sure they use it in their house. They are absolutely the worst drivers in London as they don't learn quickly, very rigid people however keep up the good work brother and I have a lot of friends who's telling me still London taxi is the Best.

Yes he is 100% correct . You have got no chance of getting £30 per hour you will be lucky to get £20 ph as he said at serg times in london ! The traffic now has finished the job really as jobs take so much longer to do & after you take out your income tax , car , insurance & petrol you are going to be no where near £20 ph as he said maybe £10 if your lucky . The only cabs that make good money in london is the black cab

I am a new Uber/Bolt Driver, I have only been doing this job for 3 months and half and already considering to quite for my safety. Tonight I had a rider who threatened me to stab me before I even started the job. I decided to cancel the trip and ordered him to get out of my vehicle. He refused to take my instructions and wasted 20 minutes of my time. London is not safe place to be driving around strangers!
