I agree to an extent. It’s becoming “too” slick, with the new mics, earpieces and iPads, no coffee cups on the table. I prefer it being more casual (or ‘kaz-yew-earl’ as William would say!) I have always feared in the back of my mind that EPB won’t come back. Hope this all isn’t the beginning of the end?

If you just pay fine it wont be seen again unless queried about it, after some months it will be wipe away. If questioned it will be kept till query is dealt with seen more ti complete query. It will also be kept little longer time as query time a longer time till cleared than norm

5:23 running is so bad for you and unnatural. We run to get away from predators and to evade danger. We aren’t supposed to run for extended periods of time. Runners end up with bad joints, arthritis, knee problems and all sorts of other ailments. Chafing and runner’s nipple is a sign. Our bodies aren’t made for running!
