Nahi bhai. Agar beginner ho to jyada intensity se train mat karo aaram se train karo. Trainer ke guidence ke saath. Pehle muscle build karo stamina build karo. Fir intensity badhao

Day=3 (pl read sir) Good evening sir I am a student and watching you for a long time. love you sir, but I want to tell you that pl don't put these type of thumbnails and these type of titles it makes you look like a vloger. Your vedios are so much informative and not like others but these thumbnails and titles make your vedios a less effective. Solution: pl start using your old "Summer Bulk no=" and old simple thumbnails. I also want to add somthing more today that using the number of days in titles describe your dedication towards fittness and to your subscribers. And also it motivates us, because those big numbers create a huge impact on ourselves and we start questioning ourselves that "If this man can do it then why not you?" So it complete your aim to make your subscribers fit and healthy. Thank you sir.
