I will add redevelopment is a great way to keep the series going while also not adding too many nodes. I say the Mid-Century Modern Neighborhood is next. Those houses are so nice and fancy... It'd be a shame if something happened to them.

Great memories out there, the the downtown 😢. However, redeveloping over and over is realistic, happens in real world. Would love to watch more rebuild the reformation of Orchid Bay. [ I almost forgot to shit hearing the devil's voice of you about the school and low density homes😂

hey egg! enjoyed the sunday stream. I have a suggestion for orchid bay if the node count permits. How about a secret service HQ beside imepratur's naval base. Cities2 logo shaped building would be a great fit kind of like the pentagon in US. Also any other asset that can be pieced with it.

Always interesting to see a rebuild!! It's the way of life in the city. Was giggling at the storyline's to begin with. Then I started feeling sorry for them! They are now living in the new and upgraded part of town they were before and are very happy!! Great build!!🤩

Looks great, definitely an upgrade of the area, progress marches on. Those single families might be sad to see their 'hood go, but hey, if you want to make an omlette, you gotta break some eggs. That mid-century modern neighborhood is a good candidate for redevelopment, like you said, it's a little too close to the downtown to be low density and I think it would look good with a similar treatment.

This great combo of assets fit together really nicely - a couple of skyscrapers, some IT cluster, a bit of wall-to-wall, modern school campus, and some high dens green cities res. Very nice indeed.

I'm quite amazed how well this redeveloped area fits in and I actually found the suburb not quite fitting that area when you flew over it in the beginning. The school area looks great with the angled school. I'd be happy to see some other areas be redeveloped, especially in areas where low-density is very closer to medium/high rise already. Great build

Can we take a moment too, just to appreciate the sheer amount of content Cities Skylines actually has and how far it's come from launch. Looking through that wall to wall development and the green cities towers etc compared to the 'soviets' .... I only hope Cities 2 gets to that point after a few years and the dodgy launch hasn't killed the longevity. 🤞🏻

Building the school at an angle really brings the whole thing up, and your tree work is on point as always. If I were to find any fault with the build, I'd maybe add some more residential, and that's just a nitpick and personal choice

Nice build that. I have a similar sort of area in one of my cities. If memory recalls I had the mall opposite the trade centre, with an office at the back in a sort of horseshoe shape. I made a plaza for middle and put a modern art sculpture in there - Very London South Bank

i head karen's fishy smell was carried away because all fishfarms has be relocated to another place. Thats why karen gets a really big increase in need for resedential uses and more wall to wall buildings. What i wanna say :D redevelop karen the nex time :) if not, a nice build today, love it

If you look on street view north of 2222 Holdom Ave in Burnaby, British Columbia you will see one of the Green City towers that you like. You might like the overground metro station there too.

Hey Egg, I think if you kept the roadways it would create a more unique area that has history. The road layout and maybe some buildings would show how much development the area has gone through. Plus working with these constraints would create realistic, imperfect places.
