Low carb is stupid. If you ate a healthy amount of simple carbs and complex carbs you would not have this cravings.

It's true, if your car sits for a week in the summer you should start it at least once that week but in the winter time you should be starting at 3 times a week or more to keep the battery charged and the fluids warm

im so glad im not dieting anymore. i would eat a whole pizza and it would feel like starvation levels of food. i would need at least 3 pizzas to think i might be kind of full.

Love ya Mark, needed this one atm, end of the work day didn't slip up now to head home n hit the kitchen for some meat!! Cool idea too showing how much variety can exist in options for each individual, diets need to be a individual personal thing ppl need to learn this , clutch analogy of why do we cheat on it like it is relationship more than just a guide for eating
