Possible correction: There were multiple Nemesis T-Types made just one was dispatched to Raccoon City. As Umbrella was creating the Nemesis, they got a bunch of T-103s shipped into the No.6 Lab. Two Nemesis T-Types gained a sense of ego and self awareness and tried to escape the lab. Though, it doesnt say how many Nemesis types were made, there was more than just one.

You see...my theory is leon, claire, jill (everyone) that survive racoon city and mostly every r.e. games, they all infected with t virus and they all mutated but because they have a compatibility with the t virus they dont change physically but their mentality, durability, strength, and intelligent increase. This is the reason why they are able to get hit from tyrants, nemesis, hunters, etc with a minimum damage, while normal human should have died from the damage. They also able to dodge the attack, etc. Basically the heroes of r.e. all becoming a super humans soldier....the reason why chris can hit the boulder and able to fight with krauser, wesker, etc..

This theory is not supported by canon, simply because the common mutation gained from the any variant of the progenitor virus (including the plaga parasites which were insects uplifted by the progenitor virus) was Wesker's viper-eyes. Chris, Claire, Leon, Barry, and Rebecca were never canonically infected and they have normal human eyes. Jill was canonically infected but later cured so she never adapted to the T-virus. Sherry had second hand G-viral infection and was cured by the devil anti-virus. There for she lacked the Wesker eyes.

I never really considered the parallels between the T-virus and the Rage virus. Both were spawned from Ebola, and both produced zombies that were technically alive. While Jill stayed in RC for the chance to scrape up any loose ends on Umbrella's illicit actions, Chris went on vacation (a subtle cover for what he was actually doing, which was the same thing Jill was but at Umbrella facilities in Europe)

What we do have going for us though is our knowledge of zombies so we'd at least recognize what's going on fairly quickly. Also the standard t-Virus zombies go down in like 1-5 headshots with a regular 9mm so if you've got good aim with any kind of gun you MIGHT stand a change. However, if there's like just 5 of these things coming for you then running away might be the better option. Also I think it's a little sad how the majority of comments seem to be about "Make 'Why you wouldn't survive' [insert series here]" rather than the actual video itself. As a HUGE fan of Resident Evil as well as HUGE fan of its lore, its science, how the various monsters and viruses etc. work and what not this video certainly was a treat to behold. Good job, mate!

On the issue of headshot killing a zombie Most people aren't that accurate and even those who are good with guns are unable to consistently hit a moving target the size of a human forehead so by the time you've got 1 hit they're likely on you Especially if there are more than 2 you'd be tracking several targets while trying to hit one spot

That's why you get rifles and shotguns. 1 shot with a shotgun and down it goes. Get a few drum magazines and semi auto shotgun. You'll take down hordes easily. Pistols would have to be secondary only. You can't have a pistol as a main weapon. You better get a group of survivors, each with different guns. Bladed and blunt weapons too. Crafting armor couldn't hurt either. Like chain mail.

@@stolenname94 No, they take A LOT more damage than standard it once took me 10 head shots to kill a zombie. Also for Leon there is a chance on hardcore to drop to just caution, but I think on Claire hardcore a zombie bite literally takes you down to danger every time but im not sure.

All the attacks in hardmode will get you on danger except for lickers lick dog bite other than this they all will make you danger but it doesnt matter if you are fine or caution it will make you danger except for g adults that kill you if you are caution

Nemesis was developed both as an offshoot to and in competition with the American Tyrant development team.

A bit of a correction: While the T-Virus rapidly infects, its symptoms and effects manifest at different rates for people. Some take hours to turn while others weeks (People can be both immune or resistant). It's important to note as well that the Raccoon City infection was already occurring before the raid at Birkin's lab, what this raid did was make it all worse by directly infecting rats that seeked out other living beings. Outbreak 1 also suggested the initial day of the infection on a large scale (September 23/24) there was a football game happening, so people got attacked left and right making everything a massive chaos, all due to people infected through the water supply (Because of the dead factory leaking), rats and newly infected victims.

The tyrants in resident evil damnation are a different tyrant model that are 14 ft tall and that makes stronger than the T-103 but the T-103 model is 7 feet tall but when the damnation tyrant mutates they retain intelligences instead of the T-103 mutating and gaing claws but with the lost of intelligence

Hey Zackaz (don’t know how to spell it) a very effective way of dispatching them would to have a 50. Caliber sniper rifle (Barrett 50. Cal) or a 50. Caliber large machine gun. Those are rounds that can cut right though an engine block. Another way would to have a M42 SAW light machine gun for that it was the most feared gun in the Vietnam war. The gun itself can fire 200 rounds in about 30 seconds, which would make it very effective when dealing with large numbers, another LMG like gun that could put them down in a pretty low amount of ammo would be the BAR, that gun can cut through cinder block walls with ease so it could cut through rotting flesh. I’d say the number one thing that the soldiers and government would have to have when combating these infected would be explosives and high caliber weapons, preferably snipers, light and large machine guns, assault rifles, handguns, and lastly explosives that can take out large numbers eg. launchers. If you take a SAW and fire it at a tyrant then it would put it down pretty quickly or at the very least weaken it, then you take a rocket launcher and fire it at the tyrant. Look at left for dead 2 for example, the turret (which is a 50. Cal) at the end of the perish (I think you know the one that you have to cross the bridge and the military helicopter is waiting?) that gun can take out a tank which is similar to a tyrant. Tanks and things like that could be brought in to help handle the infected too, it all depends on the containment procedures.

An interesting detail is Tyrants can be spawned by bites, if the person has the right genes like Wesker, so the developers of RE3 planed for wild Tyrants to show up randomly. (cut content) Besides Umbrella could even make Tyrants from people without the genes using a substance taken from tortured male teenager's brains. (β Hetero Nonserotonin) So we saw the Tyrant Virus in just one city at a time (Racoon City) if it was in a country you would see a handfull of Random wild Tyrants poping up, besides they ones mass produced by Umbrella and other evil companies. Now if it was world wide pandemic you would see duzens of Tyrants ruling over zombie kingdoms all around.

Example: in the Walking Dead we saw Ezekiel's people feed Walkers to the pigs they were trading to Negan (a.k.a the Biggest Bastard in the Series), granted we didn't see the pigs live long enough to show symptoms, or even if they could show any, because they were then slaughtered for trade ... now that I think about it given how long this must've been on (Ezekiel hinted this was a common practice to feed their pigs) maybe being eaten by an animal first neutralised the virus? Moving on: In Resident Evil *ANYTHING* can be a Zombie, not just humans! Dobermans? Zombie Doggo! Crows? Zombie Eye-Hunters! Leeches? A Non-Bug version of the Mimic! Infected Plant? How Plants vs Zombies got started! Crocodile? Another reason to stay out of the sewer! Spider? *NEVER-ENDING NIGHTMARE FUEL!* 😱😱😱 Whales? Whatever-the-hell-it-was-that-attacked-the-Queen-Zenobia! Ummm the whale was infected by the T-abyssal virus which is functionally different from the original T virus. Also the crows never showed sighs of necrosis so not a zombie and they can show restraint. The Leeches are not zombies but designed BOWs Crocodile? The giant Worms adapted to the virus so they are not zombies either. The Neptunes adapted to the virus, so they are not zombies and also show no signs of necrosis. I'm kind of curious where you got the information about the water supply. I don't remember any bit of information in any of the games that talked about the virus spreading through the water. It was always my understanding that it was spread through rat BITES. If it had been water, leon and clair would have been long since infected. Not to mention the entirety of the police station. The holdout they had for a few nights would have never happened. It's also cannon that headshots are all it takes to bring a zombie down. Multiple headshots is purely a gameplay thing. Leon himself even constantly tells people to aim for the head throughout the series after he's had experience with them.

I believe for the mutations to occur there has to be enough damage done to the host to warrant the mutation otherwise nothing happens, the Licker is a good example as its literally not resembling anything from a human because of the mutation but instead of something more along the lines of a xenomorph. That can be why Lickers aren't as common because very few survivors have been able to deal enough damage to a zombie to cause the mutation to occur resulting in the Licker, also Zach just as a pointer Mr.X had two missions in Raccoon city, one to find and get the pendant Sherry had because it had something Umbrella didn't want getting out or the company wanted for their own benefit and the other being to eliminate ANY survivors he encounters so he's not so much has having a hit list but just following orders as even during the HUNK gamemode who also works for Umbrella is also chased by Mr.X.

I think people overlook one very important thing about zombies, they are still humanoid and as such can't move very well without ankles. Blow the weight bearing parts of their bodies off and you severely limit their mobility. While you could do the same thing with lickers as they did in world war z, which was use radios to lure them into traps and blow them to bits. The tyrants would be the biggest problems everything else would be manageable

Shooting the legs is actually a very effective strategy for speedrunning RE 2 since it only takes a single shot to stagger them which allows you to run past them while they recover whereas killing them takes many bullets and a lot of time
