My husband says he spent a lot of time in his room reading when he was growing up. His mother would try to get him to join the family but he preferred reading. He has just recently taken up fictional reading again and he can spend an entire day sitting in one spot and reading a book.

You nailed it with the diet stuff. Of course it's not going to be a magic bullet and it's not going to cure autism because autism is a neurodevelopmental disorder that you are born with. It is hardwired not acquired. BUT it will make a huge difference in how you feel because we do need all the help we can get.

Mark,would you do a video on classic ASD level 1 verses ASD with a PDA profile. There seem to be some aspects of ASD/PDA, I can’t seem to get my head around.

My husband was bullied and spanked a lot by his mom, wonder if he was showing signs of autism in that era, 60’s where maybe it was not understood or studied like today. He has horrible memories of that and he thinks the wives, (the ex and myself) are out to get him, he has ADHD for sure, but takes no meds. Almost like he’s in denial, his sisters made a comment that he may be like his mom. She’s impossible.
