Thank you, needed this! Having a hard time with how my back curves has been giving me issues with learning things like shoulder stand and headstand/handstand so this is very helpful

Hello, thank you very much for this video. Personally when I sit on the floor I feel unease in the mid upper back and I tend to roll back. I wonder why ?To avoid this I have to hold on my knees or lean forward. A cushion helps. And I will try now to tilt my pelvis.😊
