Question when you find a target company do you need a written business plan to show your borrower/s if so but never written a ten page plan can we outsource the plan for someone else to write with my ideas and future direction of the company?

Just make an appropriate growth for the industry for a few years ahead and adjust the line items. Have a good story, vision, growth opportunity, and why you fit as the leader of this firm.
