I'm planning to start one but i target students since its going to be close to a couple of campuses and condos. should i make it sort of a hangout nook with a couple of desks for some serious work? or should it be separated and just treat the workspace as a quiet room and the nook space as more of an informal chill study place with couches and bean bags.
