I guess it's good that KZbin keeps repackaging these incremental sections... as I learn more each time at least this one doesn't seem to be AI distorted. And finally, no wonder I started craving salt and water..in that sequence.. then of course I started adding lemon in as well

Went a program is told in it's entirely then you aren't getting the whole picture as it had original layed it out. Its not Barbara's fault. It was never done in these short one before. Better that we have some rather than none but can it can become confusing when the building blocks aren't all to together.

Yes every time you go to drink water.. is the idea.. and what I'm finding,, is that I start to Crave this all more when the body realizes it's going to have it so it acquires a taste for it so to speak. In one of these videos it may have been this one in a longer version Barbara said you could just stick your finger in and get some salt on the end of it but don't overdo it. I wish KZbin would stop cutting these videos up into such small sections

Yes, take 1 or more crystals of Celtic salt in mouth and sip a cup of water. Research ‘Barbara O’Neil and water’, there she addresses the specifics depending if you have HBP or other issues to help in your health with water intake.

Towards the end Barbara needs to clarify what she means by eating fat to give the body the signal that it has had enough when she says cookies and chips don't do that. Perhaps it isn't the fat consumption that sends the satiety sign to the brain but rather the fructose or overall simple carbohydrate level is sent to the brain.

I like Barbra but if this is the depth of her understanding when it comes to insulin resistance then she is missing a lot. FAT causes insulin resistance in the blood stream. High fat diets wreak havoc on the blood stream and dont allow insulin to do its job.

She's correct. Fat does Not cause insulin resistance, it's sugar in many different forms. Carbs will make you fat.
