Thank you for your videos. I will have to take my time watching a few of videos. I had trouble getting and one of your videos covered the reason and possible fixes. I was in a car accident and my right leg was trapped so I was left with a tibial plateau fracture and a fracture femur so I have a femoral nail. This has left me with many issues. OA in left knee. Difficulty on stairs.

Same happened with me and checked with MRI by doctor.. i have acl tear and some parts ligament were teared .. is that surgery needed ?

The ACL usually does not heal without surgery. That said, some people are able to rehab conservatively and function normally without an ACL. If you're a high-level athlete looking to return to competition, surgery may be needed for that. But that's a discussion to have with your doctor as to what is best in your case.

The outer compartments on both knees are bone on bone. I fell two feet onto granite 24 years ago , now I’ve needed knee replacements for the last 8 years , knees are painful . And unstable.

It sounds like you are worried, so it's probably a good idea to get it checked out by a doctor, if for no other reason than peace of mind as to finding out what's causing it. However, hopefully the visit will also point you toward a solution.
