What if you do not have an experience? How can you make a resume just to get an entry level job? What i meant is like you mentioned that if i am applying for lets say Petroleum engineering job so we have to show only those experiences, but if i dont have any experience? What should i do?

If you did bachelor's in petroleum engineering in canada - you get 4 to 5 coop experience. If you did masters then you will have research experience or some course based project experience. If you say you don't have any experience maybe you need to reevaluate what you studied in college and do some other course which will provide a practical view point of the subject you studied.

No company in engineering want someone with 0 experience and don't know what to do. They won't train you, kids that graduate bachelor's in canada has immense practical knowledge and have 1.5 to 2 years experience by the time they graduate and employers aren't willing to hire someone that comes to canada after bachelor's and do masters or diploma and have 0 experience unless you show them you learnt concepts and participated in lab and will add some value to their company.

@kevalparmar5066 so you don't have bachelor's, your application towards EIT or junior engineer roles won't be considered. You should be applying towards technologist as you have diploma. I am not sure what they teach in petroleum engineering diploma, I assure you would have done that in NAIT or SAIT. If you have attended any labs, understood some sampling analysis or core analysis add that to your resume and apply laboratory tech jobs. If you just want any job - you can start as safety watch in oil field. You need first aid, CSTS, CSO and H2S alive. You don't need any expeience, walk to any safety company in Fort Mac, GP, fort st.john area with those tickets and they will hire immediately. These jobs are seasonal probably during summer months but atleast you will get some experience in the industry. Other jobs you can try with same tickets is warehouse labor or shipping and receiving again you will get some exposure with in the industry. If you have customer service experience from Walmart mcd or somewhere - try to use that as conversation skill and get into jobs like banking teller, insurance, inside sales in any service company. Where there is will there is a way mate. Don't lose hope. Good luck

Visa advisors are asking me to give ielts again ( Academic one ) but I don't want to study at this age..nor am aware about countries which would allow me to study at this very age😐
