Zomato help desk is very bad. Few years back wen i ordered through Zomato n already paid d money , d delivery boy switched off his mobile and ate my foods . Den i contacted Zomato repeated ly to help wid d issue. But surprisingly they neither refunded my money nor redelivered d foods. That day onwards I stopped using their app 🙏

Zomato help desk is worst, i ordered dosa in the mrg ones. The delivery guy came late and gave me chola bhatura. I was shocked ,eating chola bhatura in the mrg was not what i was expecting. I told him why he has changed order, he said he had talked to me and i said ok bring chola bhatura. What a lie 😠..then i talked at their customer care and they also insisted that it was me who accepted that they can bring chola bhatura. How foolish can these people be ? Or are they making a fool of customers. I stopped using zomato from then on. Useless group.

i am a restaurant owner and biggest misunderstanding is that Zomato and Swiggy will give offer to customer, no its wrong. As the restaurant owners we will give all the discounts and not swiggy or zomato. Also they charge huge amount for listing restaurant on top which is advertisement upon that they charge 33% at the end restaurants will end up 10-15% profit out of 100% that is if we sell for 100rps we will get 10-15rps profit.

I m Zomato riders.. Mai 12 mint me 4 km delivery krta hu with cycle. Important think .1.. mostly Zomato riders ko koi ferk nahi padta food kharab ho jaye.. Zomato ne acha work krne wale riders ur khrab work krne wale riders me difference hi nahi kia..ur sbhi ke pesse 50% kaam kr dia... Ager customer ko pizza garm milega to customer 2 km ki distance ke 40 se 50 rupees jada spend kr skta h.. Zomato ko smj nahi aa raha ki riders ko kesee support kre.... Mera record h ki sbhi cake ache se ur khrab se khrab road pr bhi with in time order ko ache phuchaya h. Ur muje mere achi delivery ki bajh se jada tip milty h..
