I love it when he says “again depending on your art style” a lot of people can’t draw because they think it has to be perfect when nothing ever is, it’s all about studying and your own choices in art, trying to remember the full muscles anatomy is in my opinion impossible, there’s wayyy too many strings and connections of muscles that it will literally fry your brain, just remember muscles are a connection of each other, remember the important parts, the main parts that stick out and you will be fine

I think a big part of muscles is that they’re rounded with a point, kind of like a square and a circle mixed, and the point is usually on the left and right side of the muscle
