Even now after all these years, I look at that John Spencer montage and I still cry! He truly was an amazing man with a big heart and great gift! Still missing you John!

@WoodBlock707 It was near the end of episode 10 of season 2. Episode is entitled Noel. It's the one where Josh was having his PTSD meltdown. That scene made me cry - and I'm a grown man. John Spencer was one of my all time favorite actors. Every time I see him in an old show or in a West Wing episode I miss him more than I did before.

When Josh started showing signs of PTSD following the shooting. One of Josh's unknown triggers, was music, the music sent him into flashbacks, it was also a Christmas episode

@WoodBlock707 > It was the pilot episode i think Noooo. It was the episode "Noel", in Season 2. Josh is worried he might be fired because of his post-traumatic stress disorder. After Keyworth diagnoses him, Josh walks into the lobby and finds Leo sitting there, and Leo tells the story. Bradley Whitford won an Emmy for that episode. The story is alluded to later in "Bartlet for America" when Leo is in trouble...and John Spencer won an Emmy for *that* episode.

LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the "balls" comment by C.J. Cregg. Love Martin Sheen's maturity to not be embaressed by a verbal snafu. A lesser man would have man a rude or arrogant joke
