Wide Open Bass in January? Epic Saltwater Bass Bite Long Beach California

Had a great EARLY season trip with John Bretza of Okuma Fishing Tackle down in Long Beach California on the kayaks fishing for Sand Bass, Calico Bass, Spotted Bay Bass and Halibut. Lots of other fish mixed in as well. The bite was pretty close to wide open and we ended up with several incidental fish along the way.
I got the SoCal Slam consisting of a Sand, Spotted and Calico Bass along with a Halibut. Fun day for sure!
