I wish they didnt go with the mix they did for the video.....they vocals are fine....but it's so much better with the uncleans upfront, the uncleans are there, but there's stuff missing 😁 (and yea its clearing leaves off a gravestone, on point Chels....why not both?)

Love Slipknot. Next you should react to Frail Limb Nursery/Purity. These 2 songs were removed from the 10th anniversary of their debut album. It's rare to find the album with those songs on it. There are vids on KZbin with these songs. I recommend Frail Limb Nursery/Purity next, please

I remember I was about. Idk. 15 or 16. My dad got laid off from work. My mom told him to not stress. Take the summer off. We would get drunk in the basement in his music room and blast music and show each other music. This was the first track from slipknot he heard. He had speakers to the ceiling. We blasted this. He rocked the fuck out lmao at the end she just WOOOOOO loud as fuck and goes son I finally get it. Lmao epic moment for me

I want to add this too. From what I got from clear the stone of leaves if taken out of context can mean a lot of things. But the full section on its own. "I felt the hate rise up in me knee down and clear the stone of leaves" I took that as taking out the anger that you bury

Slipknot definitely has nu metal elements but they are more than a nu metal band. They got death metal influences, thrash, industrial, even a bit of hardcore.

@@Duskwalker68 Yep, Scissors is about his vicious. 😔 Iowa I don't know what is about. 🤔 "Prosthetics" talk about the man who are obsessed for a woman, in a platonic love. He keep she in your house, more specifically in the basement, just to "love her". The song was inspired by the movie and book "The Collector", 1965. It's a masterpiece movie, check this, I think is kind of Drama/Terror. 🤓 Corey and Joey love Horror and Terror movies, by the way 😁
