Wigan Galleries Update - 23/4/24

A catch up on the goings on around the site of what was the Galleries shopping complex. As There isn't much going on of lately. These updates will be sporadic or whenever activity starts up again in some form or another.

Hard to believe that will soon be over 400 flats which will be unaffordable for much of the Wigan populace (£300k+)

Alot of the new apartment developments do feel like they are geared towards those folk who work in central Manchester and don't have any natural connections to Wigan. And are only being done to pull in the commuter money.
