Great team effort. When you have a 12 man rotation every night, there will be nights where a good player gets under 20 minutes. Kumimga looked in good spirit yesterday and i think he's the second or 3rd highest scoring player in the league coming off the bench this year. I know it's early but Kerr is top 3 i bet in coach of the year talk right now. We have the best record in the west, I'm really enjoying watching this team win and everybody contributing. Go Warriors!!!

Love the win, would love to see JK play more but at the same time he needs to play better and ppl need to get out of their feelings about his minutes. JK shot poor from the field and some of his drives were out of control trying to just get a foul. Played pretty good defense and rebounded well, loved to see that from him

Now that we lost Melton, we don't have a perfect five man lineup. Every lineup will have flaws. That will probably cost us in the playoffs. We need to trade for another starting two way player.

You said you don't think we're a contender with TJD starting at center. When have Warriors had a great starting center in the last 10 years of our dynasty? Bogut, Festus, Zaza, javale, Looney? TJD has been playing really well this season for a second round pick. Some will probably say he's having a bigger impact than Kuminga and Podz right now. I still think Kuminga and Podz will get better as the season goes on. I would like to see all 3 of them as warriors for the future though. I would love to see us have a great center too but warriors never seem to get one. The Kuminga thing is puzzling too, so we'll see where that goes but as long as we're winning i think the plsyers and fans should be happy.

That 2nd unit really struggled in that 3rd quarter. It was Podz, Moody, Hield, kuminga, and Looney. They werent producing anything offensively, and the hawks were cutting the lead down. Then kerr made the adjustment and brought back in some starters to stabilize. Wiggins offensive production was great. I think this is the result of him not having to guard the primary ball handler the entire game( exhausting himself). Waters(and others )had time on trae, and i think this helped Wiggins legs 😂 Moody had a bad night. This was a blowout game, but he managed to go -10 in +/-

Podz isn't right and its hard to shine as a unit when the floor general is not taking charge.

@DublinMarge yeah he's in a slump. The Gleague might be something that can boost his confidence. Warriors sent Poole to the Gleague 😂

Joe should not be involved with the players. Clearly put ideas into Podz's head and has sidetracked the player. I think he will sort himself out mentally but he needs to stay healthy more and maybe Steve should put a stop at enabling his player to speak to the media. Just focus on the game.

@@LoriStubbs-do6rm it definitely was more of the media pressure that lead to Podz putting unnecessary pressure on himself. Podz was great last season for all the other things he provided to this team, with the occasional scoring. But heading into this season, there was this really weird unrealistic expectation where he was suppose to shoot 8 3's a game?? Then the whole narrative with Markkanen trade talks and not wanting to include Podz in the trade... Made it worse. Every shot Podz takes, he puts an immense amount of pressure on himself to make it.
@DublinMarge4 күн бұрын
might be time to give Beekman or Spencer some minutes at point guard. Podz is injured and Melton is out for the season.

Peter, listen to yourself. The Warriors would be in a better position if they gutted their squad for Lauri Markkanen? The Warriors are in first place!!!!! The Warriors are playing with joy and blowing teams out!!!

Markkanen was on $18 million...could have got him without completely gutting depth.
@berserkmonk53314 күн бұрын
@@DublinMarge yeah it wasn't going to require half the roster to pull in Markkanen before his extension... It was just not wanting to throw in Podz to make the deal work. Some of the issues the warriors have faced this season is the lineup dilemma. They've run into issues where it's like they don't wanna put too many non-shooters out there or it's clunky but we also don't want to have too many guards/shooters out there and lack size.... Markkanen would have fixed alot of lineup combos, because he's 7 foot, he can rebound, he knocks down his free throws, and he can shoot the 3 at 40%+
@tiredbasketballfan4 күн бұрын
@@GoldenStatewithMates I'm not sure Danny Ainge sees it that way.. Not to mention Lauri didn't even want to leave, and signed an extension that makes it impossible for him to leave this year, which reinforces all that. I know he'd be prefect for this team, but from what little information we've been given, the Jazz were never serious about it. We need to move on

Draymond wasn't talking to you or the fans. The media/pool reporters (I guess if you want to include yourself in the media) have put a spotlight on podz. Second year guy, yeah podz did stick his nose in it with his confidence and ask for the attention but he wasn't ready for the pressure that the media attention is putting on him (that yes he did ask for) so Draymond isn't wrong. It IS the media's fault. But Draymond also addressed that podz is the only one who can get out of his own head about it
@GoldenStatewithMates4 күн бұрын
The All-Star stuff came from him and the franchise though which was completely unnecessary for a guy entering his second year in the league who was the 19th overall pick. The expectations are unfair but they're also ones Podz and the team created themselves.
