@@KillingerUSA So versatile. I swapped out some bits to suit my needs and i'm covered be it cars, farm eqpt, guns, or medical eqpt at my wife's clinic. I have that Icon set, a little cheap Hart 1/4 drive socket set (I liked the case) with a long extension in there. Add in a pair of good needle nose pliers and some Knipex plier wrenches and I can do 80% or better needed repairs on the fly. If I need bigger sockets i'm coming back for the impact anyways 😂 But sometimes "less" really is more. If i'm only carrying a small pouch of tools I can usually find the tool i'm looking for. Not so much the rest of them.

That is a cool little kit. About the only thing i associate Pozi bits with is coarse-thread wood screws for things like chipboard and melamine. That knife and sheath though! Ohhhhh 😍😍

Huge missed opportunity to make a 1/4 socket at the bottom of the wrench and using the attachment to extend the reach of the wrench.

Here in England we use Pozi for everything, despite them being about the worst design for practicality, always burring and slipping.

Soon as I get wood. Hate to buy it because I own a sawmill but I don't have the right trees for it. So, if I can't find some trees soon I'll have no choice but to buy the Timbers. I have some leads but who knows?

They are not "metric and standard" hexes. Metric is standard, and "imperial" are derivatives.

@@chrisohanlon69 A variety of measuring systems existed, each with units like inch, yard, ounce, and more. The existing version of what is known as "Imperial measuring units" in US is currently based on the metric system.

"based" I mean "defined by". For instance, 1 inch in US is defined as 2,54 cm.

@@KillingerUSA Just to warn you. I was carrying this, and needed an extension for a 3/8 nut-driver bit I had with me. It fit no problem. But there is a small ball bearing in it that made the nut driver bit get stuck inside. I'll probably get it out when I remember to bring it home and toss it in the vice.. lol.
