Yes the guitar should light up. It will blink if not synced. When it syncs it will stay solid. There's a on/off switch in the back, and check batteries. If it doesn't blink might be defected.

That is the neck of the guitar thats light and on ther versions are dark. Other wise known as fretboard

Your guitar should blink if ya press the start button otherwise something is probably wrong imo

when you plug the dongle in your pc dont need to press any button, that blue light is searching for the fender guitar just turn on your guitar and the dongle sync automatic with your guitar Just plug your correct dongle on your pc, serial code finish in 1B, turn on your stratocaster for wii and your dongle and guitar connect in automatic now open your clone hero or yarg config the buttons and start to play I just connect my fender guitar for wii in the same steps right now on my pc

The exact same thing happens to me, when I connect the dongle and turn on the guitar and press the sync button on the dongle, the USB is automatically disconnected.

I plug my dongle in my series s and sync with my guitar but not working any buttons in xbox and not working in fortnite :(, my guitar is working without problems in my wii and pc
