Having played the full game in australia, this is one of the most over the top, ridicolous games I've played in a while...and I LOVED IT! There is so much.personality and humour to the characters, the.combat is deep and fun and there is surprising character development. In my opinion a must buy for wiiu owners!

Wow. I'm a huge Viewtiful Joe fan and this is the first I've heard of this game. It wasn't promoted well at all! Sad that the gaming public has no interest in games with as much imagination and quirkiness as this one. I think these days games like Viewtiful Joe or Katamari Damancy are doomed for the bargain bins while people keep snapping up the next bland, gritty shooter.

It's [I]ntellectual [P]roperty. It basically refers to a game franchise. Super Mario, Mario Kart, Assassin's Creed, Pikmin, Deus Ex, Zelda, and Battlefield are all IPs, belonging to the respective publishers. Some people blame successful IPs which don't seem to innovate much (the most used example would be Call of Duty) for a stagnation of gameplay mechanics in the game industry. This is why it'd be nice to see a new gameplay idea like The Wonderful 101 do well upon release.

Nice to find someone who actually plays games rather than hating on consoles and games they've never tried. Like I said, the Wii U isn't a bad console and it does have games, I just wouldn't go as far as to say it has several great games because the truth is it doesn't. It will, but right now Pikmin 3 is the best game the Wii U has. If Nintendo announces a new Zelda game (other than Wind Waker HD) and say, a new Metroid game I would gladly buy a Wii U.

Anyone complaining about the graphics need to realize this game runs at a silky smooth 60 fps. There is a couple 60 fps trailers out there for this game and they look unbelievable in motion.

His voice actor is Roger Craig Smith. Sonic got a new voice actor in 2010. The guy's voice (Roger Craig Smith) has a very deep voice. It fluctuates depending on his character. He's voiced tons of cartoon characters and also does most of TLC's narrarating (kinda creepy, but true).

Wonderful 101 is awesome, in the beginning it may take some getting use to, as everything comes together and you master the basics, you will be having a blast with this game. I give it 9/10 for presentation, comic book dialogue and loads of action, puzzles, boss fights, and impressive cinematics. I highly recommend wonderful 101 and rayman legends on wii u and Gta V for xbox.

Wonderful 101 and rayman legends are definite A listers on wii u, gonna be epic adventures with these two gems :D. Just played wonderful 101 at first i was lost but about after 2 tries i began two understand and master the controls :D. tip, for first basic morph to new main character for ex draw a circle on game pad first till the character on screen turns red glow then after that press the A button to morph to that character, simple as that but i admit i was lost at first.

The numbers are from Vgchartz which is a fairly accurate site 13,712 copies total; 6,834 Units from Europe and 5,765 from Japan. Is the game being sold on the Wii U marketplace, the site doesn't count digital purchases. Still games good, unfortunate it didn't get much attention.

Kamiya is a genius for that twitter post about him worried that Nintendo not promoting The Wonderful 101 (Ninty started an ad campaign called wonderful Wednesday) because prior to that I've never payed much attention to this game and I began to worry because I want this game to succeed so because of that I'm buying this day 1 :D

Actually, Hideki Kamiya recently stated that the game will take about 20 hours to complete for the first time. Combined with the promised replayability, it sounds like a really big game for it's genre. I would keep it in mind!
