Hi...I love those guys...so cool! I think they really need a different type of plant to live on in the enclosure..not sure on names but there are large plants with LOTS of big leaves and large branches...maybe u can find something at the nursery around ur place. Yes, chameleons will not drink out of a dish with still water. But if the water is dripping down the branch and into the dish they will drink from pockets where the water builds up, off the sticks and leaves, and sometimes from the dish that is catching the moving water.
