@@gatsby66 Yes, yes it is. I had to use it once to assist a deputy who was getting his a** kicked by a BIG boy. I told the deputy to cover his face as well as he could and warned the jerk that he was gonna get a snoot full of bear spray and he said the wrong response to me, so I gave him a snoot full and he IMMEDIATELY started crying for his mommy as I stepped on his free hand (I really WAS trying to break it) and grabbed it and twisted it behind his back (and yes, I was trying to dislocate his shoulder. As a civilian, I can use whatever means necessary to protect a life, police have to use the MINIMUM amount of force. In other words I can street fight, the officer can't.) The deputy got a decent snoot full and after we restrained him, I grabbed the antidote solution and washed his eyes out really well. And I just happened to run out while assisting the deputy, so we had to call for EMS. The deputy was impressed and wanted to know what it was that I sprayed so I showed him and he said he was going to order some and thanked me for assisting him and I told him I could street fight, whereas he couldn't and that is why we got him subdued quickly after I stepped in. Now I have been told that cons that served hard time just laugh when they get sprayed because they have been sprayed numerous times while in the pen. I hope I never have to test that theory.

Mike, I have great respect for the Arkansas State zoTrol. I was going through the state to get my daughter from college and had a flat. A trooper stopped to block traffic for me and even had an air compressor to fill the tire. Not 15 minutes later I had another flat from a nail not two inches from the first one. The same trooper stopped to help. I said it was all Bill Clinton’s way of getting back at me for not voting for him. He gave me an escort for the next twenty miles on his way back to his post. Great guys!

What if she needs police for something she will be afraid to call them because it will go against ruling and she gave proof for dogs vaccines from her state she lived in and judge didn’t want to hear it. The woman made some good points. I think some judges go to extreme I saw video of young ones and the blond in this video are just nasty the old timer judges are much nicer in my opinion .

I loved that part, too! Possible explanations for this behaviour: A) He didn’t wanted to contract with the State Troopers. B) He gave no consent to leave the car, so common admiralty policies dictated, at least in his dream-world, that they had to help him inside of his personal conveyance. C) Given the cost of the broken window, fines, etc. etc. he wanted to get the full worth of his money, and stayed inside the car and inhale the remaining fumes as long as possible. SCNR
