Self-sufficiency, foraging, and healthy the living from being out in nature, the knowledge of what you can eat, it's benefits, medicinal uses, etc., are lessons we should be teaching our children in school. Thank you for sharing, brother, your videos are pure gold!

I made a very haphazard version of this last year right after learning about Wild Garlic and foraging for the first time, I can't wait to get out this spring and do it again, although slightly more refined haha. Thank you for the video, I'll be following this guideline this year and cannot wait!

I live in Yorkshire and am still impatiently waiting for wild garlic and nettles to make an appearance this year. I'll have another look at the river bank this weekend.

Two weeks ago, I was pleasantly surprised to find masses of the stuff growing much earlier in the year than I expected. I ended up making a basic dressing of ramsons, lemon, olive oil and salt, which was okay... but wild garlic butter sounds like the bomb! I can't wait to try my hand at it and make some wild garlic bread! Thanks for this! :) The leaves are surprisingly mild to the taste, but potent as hell to smell. I barely nibbled on one and almost knocked my partner to the ground when I turned to talk to him. xD

Anywhere near Woodlands with shaded and fairly overgrown areas, like valleys or edges of parks
@UKWILDCRAFTS

I don’t know that area very well sorry, but as Michael says shady woodland is best. Especially near streams. You will smell it before you see it 😊

Man is a great idea but I do not agree with this film foil generally the best it will be not using the plastic but if you have to you should use plastic for the food storing not film

Lovely recipe but please avoid cling film especially with butter or cheese. Plastics contain xenoestrogens, artificial hormones which mimic and disrupt the endocrine system in both men and women causing massive imbalance.
