If you listen to the words of a lot of rock songs you would be surprised to see how many of them are beautiful love songs. I dedicated the classic Rolling Stones version of this song to my son years ago. I used to rock him to sleep to a Black Sabbath song called "Fluff" when he was a baby. There are hundreds of beautiful rock ballads, sometimes you have to listen harder to hear them. Susan clear enunciation of the words makes the context of this song a bit clearer. I love both versions very much. Well done Susan Boyle.

Not many things can make a 26 year old man cry. Stunning, in every way possible. The first Piano note is haunting and Susan's voice perfectly soft at the beginning crescendos into the big finale at the end. So many emotions, but so very very beautiful! Thank you.

I love this song and the music arrangement and the voice of Susan Boyle on this very beautiful version. I dedicated this version to my daughter who is mentally handicapped in certain areas and should never marry and she can never live by herself. It’s heartbreaking for her and me because she appears normal and loves people and has a big heart. As Christians, we believe in life after death in heaven, so this song fits. It brings tears to my eyes every time I hear it. It’s such a beautiful song!

I remember a night in Huntsville, AL. I was on my way home from spending time elsewhere at Christmas. I checked into a motel, then went to find a place to eat. I had bought this cd earlier in the day. This was my favorite song. That night I played it over and over. I was so lonely, just wanted to get home to be with my friends.

My mom use to take my sister and I to NC once a yr. to visit my aunt. (we lived in Jersey) I was 10 yrs.old, my mom took my sister and I to Assateague Island along the way.Seeing the wild horses, is one of my favorite memories. I don't know what kinda of horses they were but they were magnificent to look at. Stallions for sure.Appollussa too.(I think) Anyway, they knew they're protected. The grace they ran with, stopping occasionally to eat will stay in my mind forever.So peaceful a memory.
