WILD WATERS | Big Bass Fishing.

The wild waters of the Nymboida river have been on my bucket list of places to fish since I was old enough to read a fishing magazine. A fishing magazine is something that, na I'm not doing that just google. These waters are part of a massive catchment located in Northern NSW that produce some of the biggest wild bass you're likely to see. After some quick and in the end rushed planning Matt Reynolds and I head off over the border and into some truely remote country in search of a true giant.

Good onya guys. The nimboyda river is the system i most want to fish if i ever do a mission down south (i will one day!). Man ive been out in the kayak once in hectic cold wind and pouring rain, it was the worst hey. Had no jacket or anything 😖. Cheers Liam 👍🎣

TSD when high water and dirty. Even the cod won’t play. Been a crap season for fishing Clarence systems too much rain good for the fish but come back next year 👍😜

I’ve spent years learning what I can and can’t eat, gotta be 100% certain with the ID before consuming. That particular mushroom is one of the best wild mushrooms when it comes to flavour.

@@LiamFitzpatrick yeah but they are up in the fast flow with narrow runs and deep pools, it’s always produced pretty good size fish too but they will start dropping soon to spawn
