She will make sure they are always safe. If the den gets to smelly or dirty she will move her pups. If any animal gets to close she will also move it. From the time they are born they are all she and the rest of the pack think of. The whole pack will feed them when it's time. I love wolves especially pups. ❤

dear Vadim. like I said, I adore her...! If you post a video in 3 weeks from this same den where the puppies will play in 5-6 weeks in front of this den. then I bow. As I reported, I've been to many caves by far. i know where the red line for the female is! because of this! prove it to me and i bow! science is a great thing, especially yours! But, we should never lose respect for our objects, i.e. the wolves!
@naustecostation2 жыл бұрын
I agree with you. However, there is another aspect in that. In our study areas in Belarus and perhaps wider, even without any disturbance by human parent-wolves with small pups stay in a particular den rather shortly - 1 to 3 days normally. We know many cases, when they relocated pups 3 to6 times per twenty-four hours, mainly because of mosquitos, but also because of disturbance by lynx, stag, bison and bear. 5-6 weeks in one denning site is far non-realistic for wolves here. Even a week in one spot already happens fairly rarely in Belarus.
@naustecostation2 жыл бұрын
Also, in our practice we had at least four cases, when we find wolf pups in a burrow-den or cavity-den and then in several (3-5) weeks after their escape the families visited the spot and stayed there up to few days.
