The only thing that matters in Renegade Roundup is whether you win or not. Authority team wins if they successfully capture every Renegade. Renegades win if at least one renegade is still uncaptured when time runs out. It doesn't matter how many renegades you catch or how many allies you free. All that matters is whether your team's goal is achieved or not~ Every win gets you one point, and that's how the score is handled.

Thats not true, individual points are determined by the amount of captutes and releases - look at the scores between rounds, if every win was one point then why does each teammate have such different scores

yeah exactly. the individual points don't determine the overall winner, cause, think about it, you always get equal point except for the final captures. you catch two people and get two points, and then they're released and the other team gets two points back. only the last captures before time runs out or everyone's captured do the cops get extra points. so yeah, the individual points only shows you who's doing the most for their team

For those that are confused, the 6-2 is showing how many games they won. So the Red team won 6 games and the Blue team won 2. Also going into that last round the Red Team had more individual points so even if the score was based off that, the results were the same.

It has probably been figured out by now, but just in case The individual points don't matter in the slightest, they are only here to see who's been the most productive within your team (1 point per capture and per save) The only thing that matters for the final score is who won the round (aka, did everyone ultimately get caught, or did the timer run out)

for those who are wondering the individual point system doesn’t contribute at all to the overall score, just counting interactions. the overall score is based on whether the cops or robbers won each round. for robbers, the interactions are 1 point for every cage release for cops, the interactions are 1 point for ever capture

I like to use custom item sets for games, and one of my favorite things to use with this is my set I call "Top Gun". One team gets all Fire Flowers One team gets all Boomerang Flowers Long-range chaos and projectiles everywhere. It also works really well in regular races, with Fire Flowers and Stars being the items. You have projectiles flying everywhere in the front and Stars in the back to help mitigate the mess and stay in the pack.

Before I watch imma just say this is NOT a balanced game mode. I hope it’s just them with no bots since that makes it semi fair (cops 100% have the disadvantage.) although I love this gamemode. Edit 1: yep I was right about fewer players making it more even. Also the 7th round is my favorite map. I dislike 2 cage maps in general. Edit 2: you get 1 point for each win (which is why it was 6-2) the individual points only matter if it is 4-4 in which case whoever has the most wins. And it has to be an even number of games because that way each team gets to be cops and robbers an even amount of times.
