Great vid, thank you. No percolator is definitely less than ideal. Camp coffee can indeed be great. Boil the coffee and grinds, once “cooked”, remove from heat. Then shock the pot of coffee with 1 cup of cold water. The grinds sink and there’s no need to strain.

The opening coffee bit had me hurting so bad. Look up how to make cowboy coffee. Do the same thing but don't stir it and jus pour in a bit of cold water at the end to make the grounds settle to the bottom. Pour with no strainer.

Good stuff, guys. If you throw some cold water on top of that camp coffee it will shock the grounds right to the bottom. Then no need to filter. Check out Cowboy Kent Rollins channel for a real good cowboy coffee tutorial.
