Clovis, the pup, so bold and stout, A Swiss Mountain Dog with a mighty shout. Beside James Alofs, through forest and stream, Living the wild, fulfilling the dream. From stacking logs to forging trails, Through autumn’s gold and winter gales, With strength and honor, they’ll make their way, Clovis and James, come what may. (I tried to use Ooga Booga, but it’s hard to sneak in a nineteen-symbol word!)

Good morning James. Those flies, we used to call them cluster flies. They were always a big problem in the old farm houses. They came in the building in late fall and came out again in the spring and there would be hundreds of them in the windows.

you should get the mesh screen for the front door it. it hangs like a curtain and has magnets that fasten it in the center. that will definitely reduce the flies in the cabin as you leave the door open for fresh air

Black fly invasion is un preventable. I suggest getting fly traps and fly tapes. The hanging fly tape work well when mounted near a ceiling light. Several diy fly traps online. Cabin Fly season last 6-8 weeks in the fall here in the U.P. Of Mi.

On the laser level, you may find a green one easier to see, green lasers are ussually more powerful :)

Alright my friend. Your baffles I do believe are wrong way up. And the blocking in between your insulation will stop your air flow. The baffles should work either way but you are definitely blocking air flow w/ the 2 bys between the pieces of insulation.

I wouldnt suggest such a high roof angle on the sauna since all the löyöy (water vapor that comes of the kiuas) goes up so youll not feel it as good. Also it will take longer to heat becouse theres more volume in tje sauna

Laser enhancement glasses - see the laser beam even better Thanks to the glasses (the color corresponding to the green or red laser beam), you will see the lines generated by the devices better. Remember that laser enhancement glasses do not protect your eyesight, or at least not in the way you may think about them
@OOMerciСағат бұрын

Wood needs airflow to prevent mold. Humans need airflow to breathe. The woodstove needs airflow to burn. You are spending so much time sealing stuff, it migth be time to think about installing ventilation vents.

Hey, next time you do concrete pls don't stick the rebar in the dirt it can get moist / wet, then it will rust and expand not good for the concrete . Then take a hammer and tap the form so air bubbles Can get out of the concrete. That's how we do it in Germany
